I am content with having a roof above my head, food to put on the table for my family and I, a career that fulfills each fasset of my life, and most importantly, a soon-to-be wife!
Gratitude is such an essential meditation practice. Every day I give myself 5 to 10 minutes of my time to focus in on all of the little things. The big thing. The minor encounters with other individuals where I can do good. Have good done onto me.
