How do we maximize our best performance at work? โœŠ๐Ÿป

This question really gets the gears turning for me. As someone who is totally blind within the workplace, 26 years old, and looks for the next best fix in professional adrenalin, there’s always that question. How do we maximize our performance at work?
First. I believe there’s a precedent that should be established on the forefront. Knowing our job description. ๐Ÿ“ƒ
Understanding and being able to perform each task that is asked of us within our career position. Going above and beyond to ensure that each one is finished with quality and time proficiency.
Second. Identify your team. What do they do along side you at work? Are you able to compliment one another during the day? Making sure that each team mate is being benefited is crucial. Happy staff, happy laughs. ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป

Let’s Bring It TO A Close

We’re expected to go above and beyond with our duties. Whether we are in food, rehab, law enforcement, corrections, healthcare, government, etc. If we are not happy, make a change. Only you and I can make those decisions for ourselves. Yet, if we know something enormous, it is that we are in charge of how that is decided. Don’t put the blame or responsibility on someone else to make your life easier. You and I would be miserable if we did not take accountability.
Go get rich and change the world! ๐ŸŒŽ
