So,
I could go on and articulate my thoughts on this particular topic, but, I do have work to do today.
I pondered with my mentor this morning on the art and uniqueness of perspective. Especially as it pertains to race, gender, backgrounds, and upbringings.
My soon-to-be wife is someone of color, and she has ultimately given me serious points of view into the reality that is this topic.
What may be an easy thing to foresee or rub off IE( Being judged in a public transit setting) Especially from a white man’s standpoint, will be extremely different and contrasted to another individual.
It helps humble my own mind to open the flood gates and spill some humility into this area of conversation.
