What do you find to be the most effective in your workplace or business environment?

As a rehabilitation specialist, I work in the field of assistive technology for a broadened aged group. Coordinating programs during the year for youth ages’ 14 to 22. Patience, empathy, and finding time to truly connect has been a major learning curve into my professionalism. What’s yours?
